14-Day Return Policy
Always Lux accepts eligible returns within 14 calendar days of the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received. All original packaging, boxes, bags, tags, accessories, and included materials must be returned with the item. Proof of purchase or an order number may also be required.
To begin a return, please contact Always Lux before sending your item back. Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item because Always Lux cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Items showing signs of wear, use, damage caused after delivery, missing packaging, missing accessories, or items returned after the 14-day return period may not qualify for a refund.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
